At ANTEROSS, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- be in its original condition
- include the original packaging
- not show signs of damage caused after delivery
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- a refund
- store credit
- an alternative replacement item
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@anteross.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for items that:
- have been worn, washed, or used
- are missing original packaging
- are returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email support@anteross.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your full name
- order number
- reason for return or exchange
- photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
